Moving abroad with children
If you want to involve children in the process of international relocation you have to consider a few important points.
For an expatriate family, everything will be different in the new country, from the people, the food and the language to the fashions, customs and norms that shape the society. As an HR manager, you've probably prepared the employee and most likely the spouse, too, for all these changes.
But have you prepared the children, if there are any, for what could be the biggest change they have experienced in their short lives?
Often, the answer is no.
