One of the very first brands developed by Adalbert Kupferberg was Kupferberg Gold, which still serves as the cornerstone of Kupferbergs success. Since its debut in 1850 its unique selling stance has hardly changed: excellent quality, high value for the money and the only traditional brand daring to adjust Kupferberg Golds taste exactly to the consumer demands. Still dry but with a dosage of 23 g/l, Kupferberg Gold is a flowery, fruity and very pleasant sparkling wine. In the 19th century it was predominantly rich and upper-class people who could afford to drink sparkling wine, but its target group has changed over the years. Nowadays, Kupferberg Gold is enjoyed by people who like to live a certain tradition, and this in more than 40 countries worldwide.
But besides the traditional brand Kupferberg Gold, "younger brands can also be found in the Kupferberg portfolio.
The tasty Kupferberg Red is mainly used as an appetiser. Kupferberg Rosé is a light and elegant sparkling Cuveé, which is especially good for warm summer days.
The Kupferberg Riesling Cuveé embodies all the taste and charm of the 100% German Riesling grapes used for production.
Since KUPFERBERGs 150 years anniversary, the Kupferberg Traditional Cuveé, which was developed especially for the anniversary, has been available on the market. Also produced with solely German Riesling grapes this elegant Brut Cuveé has a dosage of 20 g/l. Important to mention is its unique bottle shape and label which reflect the first year of Kupferbergs success in 1890.

In October 2002 the new brand Kupferberg Prestige Cuveé was launched
This unique sparkling wine marked the beginning of a new tradition within the House of KUPFERBERG. The limited edition of 2,000 bottles plus the bottle fermentation in old Champagne style will from now on ensure the highest quality possible for this high standard Cuveé. To start with, this years Prestige Cuveé is a Pinot Blanc Brut. The renowned Rhinehesse area was offering ideal, rocky soil conditions with a high share of shell lime to give these grapes a special tone. Furthermore, the very limited amount of harvest and the careful selection during the grape gathering supported this outstanding creation. Special French Champagne yeast was used to start the fermentation process which took place with a max. heat of 16-18° Celsius within stainless steal tanks. The second fermentation towards the sparkling wine was then undertaken as traditional bottle fermentation following a long maturing period. This exclusive Kupferberg Brut Prestige is only available in a stringent amount of 2,000 numbered bottles and is solely available at the Kupferberg Terrace in Mainz/Germany.
