Newcomers Festival - WELCOME TO HESSEN
Marketing Activities
This WelcomeToHessen event has the objective of supporting the international community, especially newcomers to the Rhine-Main area and enabling them to turn their stay here into a positive, memorable experience. Some 50,000 people of British, American, Scandinavian, European, Japanese, Korean, etc. nationality are living in the Rhine-Main region. The organizers of this event are planning specific marketing campaigns to effectively reach that target group through placards, leaflets, direct mailings to personnel departments of major international corporations, as well as coverage in the regional media.
For providers of services and products, especially those of interest to the expatriate community, this WelcomeToHessen event offers a special chance to make presentations in an informal setting. After prior agreement with the organizers, exhibitors will have the opportunity to sell their goods and services during the event.
The following categories of exhibitors will take part:
Commercial enterprises: Book stores, driving schools, educational services, language schools, providers of financial services, insurance agents, international removal companies, international specialty food stores, real estate agencies, relocation agencies, and others with products and services of interest to the international community
Non-profit organizations: Clubs (business, social and sports), church communities, professional associations and international schools
Major state and municipal facilities: Exhibitions, cinemas, museums, theaters, local cultural happenings, etc.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibition space costs Euro 139 for commercial organizations and Euro 69 for non-profit organizations. Space is limited, so please reserve early to ensure your preferred stand. Allocation of stands is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration can be made online or by printing out a PDF form and faxing it to the organizers.
